Free practice, optional account

You can practice without an account. Guest progress stays in this browser. If you create an account and choose to save guest progress, your plan, lesson completion and practice measurements are stored in the separate BRAxIUM Labs database, hosted by Supabase. Future practice results sync while you are signed in. Recordings, self-talk lines and journal entries are not included in cloud sync.

Your adaptive coach

The coach adapts from your own practice: each measured rep updates a skill estimate, which decides your weekly focus, which lessons come next, and how hard each practice call is. It’s calculated in your browser from the history on this device. The coach runs on your device. Saved account results let you continue on another device; they are not used to train AI models. Settings shows everything the coach knows, and “Start fresh” erases it.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your practice data. If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to count page visits and a few events: a finished practice, a finished plan, signing in, saving guest progress and viewing pricing. It does not receive your email address, sign-in codes, recordings, practice text or notes, and advertising features are off. Nothing loads from Google until you choose Allow analytics, and you can change that choice in the footer at any time. We record account progress-save and progress-claim events, along with practice counts and dates to check that saving works and understand repeat practice. Hosting and authentication providers also process technical data needed to operate and protect the service.

Teams

If you join a team workspace, the team owner and managers can see your email address, your role, how many lessons you have completed, whether you finished assigned lessons and, on the Growth plan, how many practices you did in the last 30 days and when you last practiced. They cannot see recordings, practice text, self-talk or journal entries. You are told this before you join. Leaving a team, or being removed, ends this visibility and keeps your own account and progress.

Your microphone

When you record, your audio is analyzed in your browser to measure pace, pauses, pitch and how your lines end. Recordings are kept in the open tab so you can listen back, and are gone when you leave the page. Only the measurements are saved.

Transcription. If you leave “Transcribe what I say” on, your browser turns speech into text so we can count words, filler words and questions. In Chrome, the browser sends that audio to Google to do this. You can turn transcription off in Settings; everything else keeps working on your device.

Your camera

Camera practice is optional. Face and pose tracking runs in your browser, and the video is never uploaded or saved. It measures only what a camera can see: where your head and eyes point compared with your own calibration, smiling, hand positions, shoulders, movement and framing.

It does not judge emotions, honesty, personality, confidence or ability, and nothing here is meant to be used for hiring decisions.

The AI assistant (optional)

If the chat option is shown and you use it, the messages you type are sent to our server and to the AI provider that writes the replies, only to build your plan. We don’t store the conversation. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat.

The other person’s voice

The simulated listener speaks using your device’s built-in voices. Nothing you say is sent anywhere for that.

Your data and account

Settings lets you export device data. Deleting device data does not delete your online account. You can download your account data and permanently delete your account and saved progress yourself from your account page (paid plans must be cancelled first). Billing records stay with Stripe as the law requires. We keep account data while your account is active. Email hello@getbraxium.com if you need help.
